In the Maritime Archaeologists' Doculab, they will be busy investigating two archaeological ship finds. The ships were found during investigations leading up to the construction of the artificial island Lynetteholmen off Copenhagen.
Two years ago, the maritime archaeologists dived to the bottom of the sea off the coast of Amager to retrieve the shipwrecks one piece at a time. Now they are almost finished 3D scanning all the ship parts and are starting to assemble the 3D printed parts so they can get a better idea of what the ships looked like.
You are very welcome to say hello and ask questions.
