Breakfast: Porridge, white bread, goat cheese, marmalade, sirup, raisins.

Lunch: 50 crew members on a tour to Mandal and the lighthouse of Lindesnes - they eat their own lunch in town.

Supper: 160 mackerels that we caught ourselves, whole grain bread, butter and salad.
