Children's workshop - Investigate the Skuldelev 5 ship
Do you want to be a Detective of the Past? When you want to learn about the past, you often have to look at the objects left behind by the Vikings - after all, you can't ask someone who lived 1000 years ago.
At the Viking Ship Museum you can see five real Viking ships that were used for war, fishing and trade by the Vikings, and just like the researchers who study things from the past, you can learn a lot about the ships and voyages of the Vikings by looking closely at the old ships. You'll discover small, hidden clues that conceal big secrets.

Activities are aimed at families with children between the ages of 6-14 and take place indoors at the Viking Ship Hall.
Open daily: 10.00 - 16.00
11.00 - 11.45: Tour in English
11.30 - 12.00: Family tour in Danish
11.00 - 11.30: Workshop at the Maritime Archaeologists' DocuLab
12.30 - 13.00: Workshop at the Maritime Archaeologists' DocuLab
14.30 - 15.30: Children Workshop at the Skuldelev 5 ship

Family ticket for 2 adults and all children under 18: 230 DKK
