8.00 Breakfast by the ship

8.45 Skipper’s briefing

A low pressure area that is moving towards Ireland from the south will give easterly winds today of 8 metres/sec, turning southeast and increasing to strong during the evening.

We will stay in Wicklow and see how the weather develops.

The sun is shining and Wicklow is a pleasant town.

The day’s tasks:

Empty all water containers on board and filled with fresh water.

A single mooring rope and the straps on the new tent over the galley need splicing.

The eight new oars need marking with a line on the upper side to show which way the oar blade should turn.

18.00 Dinner by the ship
